I am a 2001 graduate of Fairland High school in Lawrence County Ohio. After high school, I attended Marshall University, which led to a career in law enforcement. I have worked for various law enforcement agencies I gained employment at the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, where I began working in the Jail as a Deputy and advanced to road patrol and then to Detective. As a Detective for the Sheriff’s Office, I am assigned to The Lawrence County Drug and Major Crime Task Force and serve as the coordinator of The Lawrence County Quick Response Team. Our QRT team not only conducts follow-up responses to reported overdoses in attempts to get those who suffer from a SUD into treatment as quickly as possible; we also conduct education and prevention efforts through our Student Ambassador Program. I enjoy spending my free time playing video games and hanging with my wife and children and am active in my community including sitting on the board of my local youth football league.
