Nicole has been intimately involved in the field of criminal justice for the last decade. She has held a variety of roles within the court system focusing on behavioral intervention, rehabilitation, and substance use disorder for justice involved individuals. In her current role, Nicole is the COSSAP Project Director for the state of Ohio for Cordata, an industry leading company in providing workspace platforms and data collection in the fields of healthcare and substance use disorder. Nicole is also the Community Director for Frontline Responders Network, a virtual network that supports frontline workers and provides community resources for those working the Frontlines & their families during the Covid pandemic. She also works with the PTACC organization with their work in the field of Deflection & Pre-Arrest Diversion. In addition to her work with these organizations, Ms. Jenkins has extensive experience with working with at risk youth through her collaboration with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.


Nicole holds a BS in Criminology with a focus in law from The Ohio State University. She is currently working on an MPA with a concentration in Criminal Justice from University of Management and Technology. Nicole is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CDCA) and enjoys working with various community and mental health programs throughout Ohio.
