Meagan Gosney, MA/CDCA is the Social Program Administrator of the Hamilton County Addiction Response Coalition (HC ARC), which is housed under the Board of County Commissioners and Hamilton County Administration. As the Coalition’s Administrator, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day work of the Coalition, including providing support to our 20-member steering committee.

 

Gosney serves and the primary coordinator of addiction resources and information for the County, while also organizing and facilitating meetings of the Full Coalition. HC ARC encompasses 130+ unique agencies and 400+ members to implement Coalition policy objectives and partner with local agencies to meet project goals. Gosney oversees the Coalition’s county-wide Quick Response Team (QRT) and the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion Program (LEAD). Gosney has served as the project director for seven federal and state funded Coalition grants. 

Gosney earned her bachelor’s in Philosophy, Politics, and the Public Honors Program and Master’s in Private Interest and the Public Good from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Gosney is grateful to be a part of an organization and community that is focused on innovative and collaborative strategies to assist individuals and their families on their journey to long-term recovery.
