Meagan Guthrie is the Director of the Hamilton County Office of Addiction Response. As Director, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day work of the Hamilton County Addiction Response Coalition and its 20-member steering committee, supports the work of the regional and local OneOhio Opiate Settlement, and oversees the County’s deflection programming.  Guthrie has served as the project director for eleven federal and state-funded grants, totaling over $8.4M. 


Guthrie earned her bachelor’s in Philosophy, Politics, and the Public Honors Program and Master’s in Private Interest and the Public Good from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Guthrie is grateful to be a part of an organization and community that is focused on innovative and collaborative strategies to assist individuals and their families on their journey to long-term recovery.
