ODA: Central Regional Representative

Desiree Smith serves as the Site Coordinator for SAFER Station, a community-based agency within the Office of Justice Policy and Programs for Franklin County. She began her career in reentry services, supporting individuals impacted by the justice system as they navigated successful transitions back into the community. In her current role, she has the opportunity to assist individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges on their path toward recovery and stability. Desiree is passionate about understanding the complex issues affecting vulnerable populations and collaborating on solutions that strengthen communities and create meaningful, lasting change.
